Ordering Information

Please note that all prices quoted are full prices inclusive of delivery to UK mainland addessses.

Delivery is by first class post, carrier, or by our own transport. For smaller items, despatch is normally within 48 hours of receipt of your order, but if for any reason there is likely to be a delay in completing your order,an Order Confirmation will be sent indicating the approximate delay also acknowledging any payment that has been made.

Delivery to any UK mainland address is FREE for all orders exceeding £5.00. For orders below £5.00, a nominal £1.00 is automatically added to cover ever increasing postal charges.

However, the larger and heavier items, such as totems and targets, are normally sent by carriers. Trackside use APC Overnight, as we have found them to be the most reliable, but as from June 2015, they have applied additional charges to the more remote destinations. These include the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, etc.

On the relevant order forms, we have included a drop-down list of these places, so please select the area that applies to the delivery of your parcel and that will automatically apply the relevant surcharge. If your area is mainland England, Wales or southern Scotland, click on ESW, which will add no surcharge.

Outlined lettering is only available on North Eastern Region totems, but can be applied to half-flanged or fully flanged versions

Fully flanged original totems for Southern Region stations were produced in two basic styles  One style was to have the flanges black, inside of which was the normal white lining, green body and white lettering,as shown on the Lydd-On-Sea Halt image. The other style was with the flanges white, the green body slightly expanded and the lettering white. The green colour used on the white flange versions was noticeably brighter and lighter than the green on the black half flanged or fully flanged types, as shown on the Clapham Junction image.
