DANGER DO NOT LEAN OUT OF THE WINDOW - RISK OF DEATH

Following an incident where a passenger was fatally injured whilst leaning out of the carriage window of a moving train, HRA and the Office of Road and Rail recommended that the wording on the existing signage should be upgraded and strengthened.
